What game should i get?

ok, i buying my next game next week and i have a list of potential games that i am interested in:

Assassins Creed 3: (Something different, i suppose;does it come with all dlc or can you purchase all dlc with it)

Fallout New Vegas:(GOTY edition found fallout 3 ok and enjoyable)

Battlefield 3: (All DLC included, mainly for multiplayer)

Gears of War 3 (Have GOW 2 and love the franchise, DLC rip off though)

Out of these what do you think the best buy is?

Battlefield 3. Mainly just as it is a really fun game to play (the only game I managed to break this disk of through overuse). The campaign is rather weak but the multiplayer which is definitely the focus of the game is totes amazeballs.
