I have always played on 3, but I am starting to question it. I lot of the times, I feel as if I get killed because I couldn’t turn fast enough, but I don’t want aiming to be a problem. So what do you guys use? What do you recommend?
Normally 6. 4 if intoxicated.
I play on default for all games. Which is usually 3. I just find that you can pull off better shots with it, and I cannot stand 10. It’s like a whirlwind. 2 cents added
3, inverted Y-axis, and Bumper Jumper.
4 or 5. i dont think anything past 6 should even be in the game. you shouldnt be able to spin around and start spraying before your character can even take a half a step.
I set my sensitivity to 5 in any Halo I play.
However, I lowered mine to a 2 or 3 in my auto-aim-less run of CEA.

really? when i played ce and cea i had to turn mine up to 7 or 8 when i used to play on 2 or 3 in reach.
In Halo 3, I always played on 3.
In Halo Reach, I played on 10.
In Halo 4, I play on either 4 or 5 depending on if my aim is off or not.
5-6 Recon controls/
Bumper Jumper, 4 sens

That’s why people use it, though. The downside is it’s harder to aim, so it’s fair.
Anyways, I play on 6 I think. I used to play on 10 for a while in Reach, but turned it down to 8 because I felt like I wasn’t aiming very well. And the sensitivity feels higher in Halo 4, so I think 6 is probably about the same as 8 in Reach.
I sway from 5 to 6, even to 7 sometimes if its a good day, I recommend 5 though, its a nice speed but not too terribly fast. Wonder what Bravo plays on, probably an… 8?

but its not fair because(at least for me) its really easy to switch from one sensitivity to another. just takes a couple of games and im good. and even for a spartan they shouldnt be able to turn so fast that the metal graphed to their bones would rip off.
I play on 5

It seems fair to me. Some people need a higher sensitivity because it’s what they’re used to. (Especially in Grifball!)
Also, it isn’t supposed to be realistic. It’s just a gameplay feature. There are a lot of features that aren’t supposed to be realistic.

i realize that but to me a sensitivity beyond 6 maybe 7 is just not in any way competitive. for grifball i get it but not for say swat or snipers.
I play on a 2
Default (3) for all games. Have always played boxer but may switch to bumper jumper. Anything past 3 messes up my precision aim badly. Have always had a positive K/D (if you think it matters) with all HALO games using 3.
3-4 all the way baby
4 on normal and Default, but if their is a lag, i try to increase it to 5.
