As we all know, 343 likes to release different games aside from their main trilogy. We’ve already gotten two mobile games, CEA, the MCC, and Halo Wars 2, so there’s undoubtably going to be another game between Halo 6 and the next major installment.
I predict that in 2019, a package game containing Halo 3 remastered and ODST anniversary comes out. They’ve heard the cries about Halo 3A and what better way to release than with an remastered version of he game that was originally supposed to be DLC for it. This wouldn’t be like Halo 2A where they remaster a few maps. I believe they will remaster the entire game including all the maps, both campaigns, firefight maps, etc. along with the original games. What do you think about this and what game would you want?

I’d be ok with this. As for what I want, I’d play pretty much any Halo spinoff/remaster as long as it was still a first-person shooter. I’d like to see a game focused on Deacon Pipap, where we learn the story of how he got to pilot the Grunt mech. Or maybe just Halo Reach Anniversary.

If we didn’t get a Halo 3R and ODST:A, I’d want a spin-off game focusing on different parts of the Human-Covenant war or Created war, but it’d be like BF1, where it’s a collection of short stories about different battles.

It wasn’t a joke, I think they could pull it off, if they really wanted to. I love Grunts and their Grunty dialog, so I’d be happy.

But we have to remember, Grunts are the comedic cannon fodder. They really can only kill you in large numbers. I’m sure a story about one would be cool, but for a game, I’m not sure it would work. Maybe it could work if it was like the grunt from “Shadow of Intent,” with shields, but that’s still a maybe.
I never played Reach until a year or two ago and wasn’t that impressed, so unfortunately I don’t have a soft spot for it. That probably influences my thoughts.
BF1 is Battlefield One, the WWI game that came out last year.

They could update the graphics, but I don’t think Blur could make the cutscenes since you have your own Spartan in the cutscenes. Plus why Reach before 3 or 3 ODST, as Arc Trooper 48 said.
Instead of a H3 ODST Anniversary, why not just a new ODST type game? Maybe they could reverse things and make it about an Elite’s journey against the UNSC.

Halo Reach is what got me into Halo and is my favorite game. Don’t get me wrong, I would LOVE an ODST, but the question was what game do I want. I’d want a Halo Reach Anniversary, but only if I can change the graphics back to original like the others in case I don’t like the graphics. And since Halo 6 won’t come out for another year maybe two, It’s not too unreasonable of a time frame.

they might be able to make a rage game out of a game where you play as a grunt. most of it would probably involve hiding from troops and being pressed up against cover while being swarmed with bullets. heck why not a game where the grunt is alone in a facility with unsc troops swarming it and it can be like a comedic version of alien isolation or something.
I see everyone saying, Halo odst 2 or Halo reach 2. Why can’t we just get a seperate halo game? Maybe a game about game playing as the covenant, of course it would take place before they found humanity. I’d buy that game.

I’d play that. Homing rockets as blue shells. Overshields, camo, etc as pick ups. Make it three man teams (you as driver with an AI gunner/passenger) Warthogs for UNSC characters, spectres for covenant, prowlers for brutes…

I think that’d be cool, but I thought that if they were going to do a Halo 3 remastered in 2019, they might as well ship an ODST anniversary with it.

Won’t that be Halo 6? I think this community is in dire need of a nostalgic game, and what better way than with Halo 3 and ODST? Don’t get me wrong, I do want original games, but I think Halo 3 remastered would be best for the community and the most profitable.
Perhaps an Arbiter-only game would be awesome. I’d like to see it focus on him and the Swords of Sanghelios after the war and before the events of Halo 5.

What would you want to see in Halo 3 remastered that would make the game better?The game is already remastered in MCC with 1080p and 60 fps,including other minor improvements.I’d rather see some new Halo game made with the resources and time that would take to remaster already remastered game.
