What would you like to see carried over?
For me:
-Perfect medal
-clamber
- seat switching in vehicles
- gungoose
-Spartan chatter in multiplayer

I like all the things you listed above. I’d also like to see:
Super Fiesta, Shotty Snipers, and Warzone all make a reappearance, though a refined version of any of those would be fine. The custom games browser was incredible, so I’d like that to be included. That’s all I can think of on the top of my head, though I’m sure there’s more.

If Warzone comes back, it means the req system comes back. If the req system comes back, it means lots of unfairness to new players, and also microtransactions giving 343 an incentive to churn out as much armor as they can no matter how poorly-designed it is, among other possible things. So I strongly disagree that Warzone should come back.
On a more positive note, I think seat switching in vehicles, the Gungoose (as long as it doesn’t replace the Mongoose), the Grunt Goblin, and Yabda the Merciless as an announcer should all return in Halo 6.

That sounds like a slippery slope fallacy. Warzone can come back without the req system, as people like I think The Act Man has discussed before (it was a video with Favyn and someone else). They suggested the same type of crazy large scale matches, but with weapons that spawn on the match or something. I’m guessing 343 will learn from their armor mistake, considering the backlash from people like the Act Man. As I said in my post, a refined version would be fine. What I meant by Warzone was just the 12 v 12 gameplay, with interesting weapons and vehicles. If Doctor Menke continues his efforts in trying to make matches as balanced as possible, then I would expect Warzone to match new players with new players.
However, considering the huge popularity of the current version of Warzone, I wouldn’t be surprised if it stays pretty much the same.

Yeah, what you described is called BTB Heavies. It’s not Warzone if you have to find weapons and vehicles on the map instead of calling in your own, which is why you can’t have Warzone without the req system. The thing I don’t like about Warzone is the “rich get richer” aspect where players who have spent more time grinding RP have an advantage over new players who have spent less time doing so. BTB Heavies at least had equal starts for everyone, including new players who had just started playing Halo.

I think the Warzone I described and BTB Heavies are two different things. Warzone has AI’s for points, bases to capture, 12 v 12 teams, bigger maps, and a wider variety of weapons and vehicles. It sounds like our definitions of “Warzone” are very different. I still believe you can have Warzone without the req system, or have a modified version of it which caters to both newer and experienced players. My idea is to keep the current req energy leveling system, but have the reqs available to everyone, with no RNG req buying system. To prevent people from only using Phaeton Helios, the best reqs could have a one use per game, or a certain amount of points for a second use. Current Warzone also has equal starts, but as the game progresses some players have an advantage.

I guess it depends on how “Warzone” is defined. But I like this idea of yours. I think having the reqs available to everyone would solve a lot of problems
seat switching and everything in forge. as for gamemodes, warzone and super fiesta. I wouldn’t mind a req system as long as customization is removed from it.
