I’d say that being “good” is pretty subjective to an individual’s own opinion. I don’t think there’s any set requirements.
I consider myself good.

Basically whatever I do in a game. If I have a high KD, then that was obviously the point. Get a ton of assists? Yeah, I meant to do that and teammates stole my kills. Go negative? I was still good, but teammates didn’t help me out. Do anything bad in halo 4? It’s because sprint and loadouts ruin game. Do anything bad in CE thru H3? It’s because 343 ruin game and Bungie wouldn’t have.
