I have for the longest time been a fan of Halo, but never joined Waypoint for some reason. I myself take very good credit on Covenant lore and their gameplay with each game.
So I do have a question for the community, last time I saw something like this was years ago, so why not ask a newer bunch.
What enemy of all games have you personally enjoyed fighting overall?
And would also be cool to see why you like the enemy more than the others. Perhaps you liked the brutes from Halo 2 because you certainly loved the panic you felt on legendary everytime they beserked.
I myself from all the games enjoyed the Halo 5 hunters quite a lot, in most games I have been against them, they have been cool to look at, but mostly easy to deal with, even some in Legendary (CE, Halo 4) Meeting the Halo 5 hunters the first time was a shocker for me. Their new machine gun, going full sayan when the partner dies.
The Skirmishers on Halo Reach was quite fun aswell, very fast and could be difficult to hit, and had an amazing potensial in large scaled battles
I would say grunts because of the birthday party skull but I think the elites present a bit of a challenge so I would say elites. I just like how the evade, duck, dodge and weave testing your accuracy.

I absolutely agree, grunts with birthday party on are always fun, but if I had to choose it would be the elities for the challenge as well. But which elities are your favorite, personally my favorite are the Halo Reach elities partly due to the diversity in looks and the assassinations are cool and definitely feel good when you do them on an elite. But that being said I still think Halo CE’s elites are probably the best computers for Elites I’ve faced.

The Reach elites showed themselves to be very challenging. I did enjoy them a lot. The constant movement. Seeing what happens to them with light A.I tweaks is crazy, like Ruby’s overhaul.
For me I would say the most satisfying enemy to fight is the grunt especially with the grunt birthday party skull on and when there are sleeper grunts.
I really enjoy fighting Elites in Halo Reach and Brutes in Halo 2.
I love fighting elites the most, they can be difficult to kill and are so cool in my opinion. Out of all the games, it would be from original CE because I love the way they look. They also talk a lot and it is the BEST. wort wort wort.

That is what I was going to say but didn’t. Liked the brutes in H2A when they applied the pressure when they went berzerk.

I would defiantly say grunts seeing that depending that you have the grunt birthday party skull you can you know have a little party coupled with mass slaughter
