What emblem is this and which commendation do you have to complete?

It’s called “Spartan-IV” and it’s unlocked by completing all UNSC weapon commendations.

Wll I only got 20 splaser kills to go… in fact that’s my only weapon left…

So is Warzone turbo… sadly I have to settle for btb… oh well now there’s wasps on deadlock and those things are paper.
