The only things that bother me are the Bumper Jumper control scheme as of right now, and the fact that “rocket kill”, “sniper kill” and similar things pop up in the middle of the screen. everything else like “headshot” and stuff is fine though. It’s kind of just pointless since you clearly know what you’re using. Also, It’s sort of weird that “double kill” comes up too, but you also get the medal. There’s really no need for 3 things at once telling you that you got a double kill.
Multiplayer in general.
I haven’t played it. I can’t really say there’s something I don’t like.
The thing I HATE about Halo 4: The community.
Other than that, I’d say the insane range on Promethean Vision or the community.
Did I mention I don’t like the community?
I have two things.
#1 No PC version.
#2 The community that tends to hang out in this forum board.
The lack of health and the shield HUD.
Oh, and the community.
Meh, the fact that it doesn’t go far enough to revamp gameplay. By this I mean rebalance the fundamentals and add new mechanics (ie. context specific actions with just about everything) in that fundamental group so in this whiz-bang land beyond the year 2000 we can have a more sophisticated set of environment-interactions and gameplay options than Unreal Tournament or Quake.
This does not mean armor lock, just more sophistication in the basics (movement, jumping, shooting, ect.) so they can take on a shape together that has more depth. This is what shooters really need right now because for all that has been added on on top of gameplay (AA’s, ranks, multiplayer, stats, exp, rewards, ect.) there hasn’t been much, if anything, done to innovate the very most basic core of the FPS beyond mid-late 90’s pc gaming. Sure there’s new styles, and even new genres of shooters that we didn’t have back then. But they all ultimately have you do the same thing with the same type of relationship to the world around you. Halo 4 could have changed that, as Halo 1 changed console gaming back in the day with physics engines, a finer control scheme, and more elaborate environments, but simply making a good Halo game seems to be all 343 is after.
That the needler seems to be only accessible through strike packages pouty face
its not out yet
Well, the whole re-enlisting thing rustled my jimmies for a bit, but then once I got to partially understand it, I think I’m ok with it, just as long as your rank doesn’t get reset.
The release date.
I really dislike the multiple preorder bonuses thing.
I thought Halo wouldn’t stoop so low. It’s dirty pool to spread them out there like that, making folks choose. Some of us want 'em all and are unwilling to put ten copies of the game to get them.
Promethean Vision. calling it right now, it WILL be a gamebreaker. not as bad as armor lock, but there’s always SOMETHING keeping it from being a near-perfect game…
I don’t like a lot of the helmets that have been shown so far. They look… not right. Just odd. Other than that, I’ve seen nothing that would put me off this game.
Oh, and to beat a dead horse: The community.
Armor Abilities are back
5sk BR with spread. wtf?
Loadouts.
Bloom (not sure if it matters yet).
Sprint.
Power weapons not on a timer.
Instant respawn.
Sniper looks awful (Wall-E).
Ugly medals.
“Distraction” Really??
Bumper Jumper has no nades on left trigger.
But I do like the following:
No BS AR start.
Movement speed and jump height may feel faster and higher than Reach.
No aim acceleration. (Maybe no strafe acceleration either)
Hitscan.
MC is back! Yay!
Better forge.
Multiplayer maps not borrowed from campaign.
It’s not Reach, and I don’t have to play gray block maps every other game.
Sniping may be difficult again.
Nades look easier to evade without losing all your shields when one explodes on the same side of the map you’re on.
Sword lunge looks better than Reach.
No jet-packs I hope.
No AL.

Power weapons will still spawn on a timer like always, they just spawn in different places. Medals are being changed. Distraction won’t hurt gameplay. Grenades are nerfed, but hyperboles are still not amusing. And last but not least, Proof of Jetpacks. Third picture down, guy in the background.

No.
I don’t think you mentioned the community yet. Did you mention the community yet? If not you should mention how you hate H4’s community.
Because I don’t think you mentioned that you hate the community.
So you should.
Mention that you hate the community that is.

Could you expand more one what you mean? I’m having a hard time trying to comprehend what your saying.
Seriously? Over half the threads on this forum are whining about some tiny aspect of Halo 4 that they don’t like, like a slightly weaker weapon. Why not read those?
But to answer your question, I only have four: little info on armor and skins as of yet, no confirmed Brute Shot, the Reach-model Banshee, and the whiny community.
The Reach Banshee model. -_-
