So, um, I have been browsing the comments on the petition that I put up on April 9th (That was apparently against the rules) and one of the comments said that Xbox Live was -Yoinked! Like, what does “Yoinked” mean? My only idea is that it means Xbox live has been taken down temporarily. Other than that, I have no idea what it means. I hesitate to call it a meme, but it seems to be a thing on these forums.
It’s Waypoint’s version of the word filter that was on Bungie.net. I think it was Blam! that was used as the replacement for for various swear words, here on Waypoint most of the words we filter out are replaced by Yoink. Can’t actually say the word that was replaced there, but if you read the sentance again you’ll probably understand it
