No. The UNSC Defense Force is an organization in the UNSC Armed Forces (UNSCAF) that deals with the UNSC Army, Air Force and aspects of the Navy and Marines. The UNSCDF is only an organization in the UNSCAF which is the military branch of the larger UNSC.

I know a guy who owns a black hoodie with the UNSC logo on the back. He’s in line at a Walmart that’s near JBLM so folks are used to seeing a lot of military type dudes. An old lady in line behind him presumably notices the logo and quietly asks him what branch of the armed forces he’s in. He figures out what’s going on, so decides to roll with it and goes, “the UNSC” to which she responds, “thank you for your service.”

BBC used the game UNSC logo when they were talking about the existing United Nations Security Council once.

Is not a dumb question, just one that is necessary to understand what the universe is. This is what the forum is for, answering questions and discussing topics. OP don’t listen to this, most of the universe fanbase is more than willing to help you out
