Did anyone notice it has a boost meter which doesn’t seem to recharge? Not sure what it does.

I think its a bug. I got a boost meter on a mongoose one time directly after using a wraith, It was just a graphics bug. Not sure about this yet since its new but it could just be the same thing I ran into
