Apparently, I have more losses than wins. Right now, I have 61 wins and 101 losses, and frankly, it’s embarrassing, and not to mention humiliating. Every time I try to win matches, I end up losing, either because the opposite team are overpowered, I’m not trying hard enough, or my team just wasn’t good enough. And I have more deaths than kills, about five to six hundred apart. I think that part of the reason why my team losses is because I end up getting myself killed in matches, no matter what I try to accomplish. I play swat on most part, and I’ve been fairly good at it. But now it seems that my losing streak has caught up to me, like it did in past halo games I’ve played. I’ve asked on how to improve before, and many people on the forum have told me I should play passively. True, that one mustn’t rush towards a fight. But I also think that doing so wouldn’t accomplish much when it come obtaining a higher score than the opponents, since I believe that a player should give it his/her all in a match. If this losing streak of mine keeps up and I won’t be able to improve every time in matches, I’ll end up being a laughing stalk of Halo players and just be utterly pathetic with my scores.
If you want to win, make a fireteam. If you want to be more skilled, which also improves your winrate, you gotta practice. Maybe watch some tutorials on how to strafe or shoot. That’s all I can really tell you. You could just camp which would allow you to have more time in lining the shot, but that’s not skillful. I’ve been playing CE so I’ve been able to practice throughout the years. I’m not sure when you joined, but when you’re going against people that have probably played Halo more than you, it becomes tough, and the only way to work through that is put effort into improving yourself.
Sometimes PVP or that day u play just isn’t your best or working out well for you. It’s ok it happens. If you truly want to win more … Use exploits, but I don’t recommend it.PVE Warzone may just be your thing!
My playstyle is more passive than others. I like to crouch more, bait, and anchor areas… But this won’t help you WIN… nor playing aggressive will not get you the WIN neither… The win is about teammates and communication. A good team will have many playstyles, some passive to make sure the enemy team doesn’t get too many points and others that are more aggressive trying to get points.
Hope this helps Spartan…

Well, I guess I’m more on the aggressive side. It’s mostly because sometimes when my team are behind the score of enemy team, I tend to take it upon myself to raise the score a little bit more in hopes that we could match them, even if by a little. But, I should probably find a way to balance this out a little by playing a little more passively, try working with both methods between passive and aggressive, depending on the situation.
Do more gooder. More good make the win.
Play warzone
Ez
Thats how im trying to increase my KD
aim and shoot like a mlg champion, and pray you’re teammates are half decent.
Or it may just not be your day, do some warm up games or warzones and come back later.
Sometimes I find that I have to tell my teammates who are going 1 kill 20 deaths to just hide in a corner if they want to win. Tell them nicely, it just might not be their game.
dont chase and dont rush especially if your team is winning.

I played some Warzone in the past. But sadly, I don’t think I’m good with that either. Last time, my team got overwhelmed by the opposing team and ended up being behind and got our power core destroyed. There was also one or two maps that I would always lose on, and that’s March on Stormbreak (I don’t think that map likes me very much, and I think Raid on Apex 7 is beginning to be that kind map also). There were also times where I would have ghosts or wraiths to use against the enemy, only to end up having them destroyed. And I thought that by taking control of all bases would grant my team a winning chance. But then, the tides would somehow turn. Now I wonder which is more important to even the odds; talking control of all bases to destroy the enemy core, or to take down bosses to score enough points?
a fireteam.
Watch a few you tube vids mate, watch proximitty and rhippin and bbk dragoon
all have top tips on improving in halo 5 especially bbk
Focus on trying to hold an area on the map, a “power location”. All maps have one area that is up higher and give good sight lines. Aim to use no more than 12 deaths in a game plus set some goals and write them down and look at them before playing and during playing to keep focused and if your getting frustrated take a break
