I’m a Plat 3 and I want to know how to get to Diamond. Help please.

Win games, play with a party and try your hardest.

Playing with a full party will add a boost to your team’s MMR which in turn should help boost your CSR gains when winning too. The key component though, as Luke says, is winning. Winning, and performing well during those wins, will boost your personal MMR up which in turn will cause your CSR to increase.
