Its starting to seem like not much is really coming that will get us where we hope infinite is going to be. The bad news has been devastating and good news isn’t good. Its news. Nothing that has given us the ability to say the bad news is not crippling. F2P games seem toxic now a days and frankly 343I may side to the majority who are accustomed to buying stuff and things that Halo fans don’t want. Things like gears 5 has or fortnight will be brought to light in infinite if the majority word is taken. This game is in serious trouble in my opinion.
So. What is this game looking like? A Fail? A Possible Win? Why not deliver all the bad news now? Will it be another false promise?
E3 is the only place we will get all the juicy details. For now with what we know, everything from lore to weapons to coatings to no elites… It seems to fall short. Is this a strat? Under sell so when the big stuff is revealed its better than what it seems?

It feels so far like it’s hard to tell… I think they are aware that a lot of the big things that will influence players opinion relate to the plot and the gameplay, so they are intentionally showing neither to keep themselves from losing sales. We’ll find out in june maybe?
