I took some time to find out what some of the boosts does because I was curious about what you got out of them. So I made a list of what they gave you because a lot of people on here seem to be angry about what they got out of them, or have no idea exactly what could come out of them.
All arena ones were grabbed during BTB gameplay because I did not know if they gave more or less based on the game type. Regular Warzone for the Warzone Boost.
Arena XP Boost Common: 550
Arena XP Boost Legendary: 2750
Arena RP Boost Uncommon: 150
Arena RP Boost Rare: 250
Arena RP Boost Ultra Rare: 500
Warzone XP Boost Uncommon: 3297
Gambit Warzone AI kills: 20951 XP Possible( do not know if this is the highest yet)
NOTE: this is not the complete list. I will continue to add more information to the main post as I find out what stuff could get you like Gambit Spartan kills or Assists. I only started doing this about a week ago so the information maybe small right now. The more I see people interested in this, The more I will work to figuring out the rest that do not have Exact numbers

I seem to be getting these same #s for swat – looks like game type doesn’t affect it

I’m not sure I understand your question. RP boosts give you more RP when you complete a game, which you can then use to by more REQ packs. XP boost gives you additional XP at the end of a game, which will help increase your SR.

Warzone does indeed have a different amount for the boost. I know the legendary boost was racking me close to 5k RP in Warzone. I’d have to wait to get another one to give you the exact number.

You riiiii, I was about to be the biggest b*tch to Halo 5’s AI with some camos and a silencer.
I don’t play much Arena, so I can’t really help out with that. However, I have used enough Warzone XP boosts to get a general range idea. Keep in mind, I am usually towards the top of the Warzone roster when I play, so I figure if you are towards the bottom, you won’t get as much as I have listed. I also don’t use RP boosts anymore because I have everything unlocked and have no need for them. Anyways, here is what I generally get with my XP boosts.
Warzone XP Boost Uncommon: Anywhere between 8,000 and 11,000 XP
Warzone XP Jackpot Uncommon: Anywhere between 8,000 and 18,000 XP
Warzone Gambit Spartan Kills Rare: Anywhere between 9,000 and 12,000 XP
Warzone XP Boost Rare: Anywhere between 9,000 and 12,000 XP
Warzone Gambit Medal Count Ultra Rare: Anywhere between 17,000 and 18,000 XP
Warzone Gambit AI Kills Legendary: Anywhere between 20,000 and 23,000 XP
Warzone XP Boost Legendary: Anywhere between 17,000 and 18,000 XP
I have noticed that the Gambit medal count fluctuates between how well you do during the match.
