What exactly can you do in a spartan company, other that get a free REQ pack?
I was wondering the same actually. I created one with my like 6 friends I play with but we don’t use the site or anything. Seems useless
It would make sense if they added a feature that allowed you to actually look at your Spartan company in game. And recruit and all that…hmm…another thing missing…
Its just a subforum for your friends… no big deal really.
Gives you a free req pack… That’s about it XD
You get your own forum to plan things. It is supposed to be a social group for people to play together. Really it’s all pretty unused.

That seems to be it, so far. I’m fairly sure they have some kind of plan for it, but I am not sure what.
I’m not sure if they have this due to little amount of playtime, but it would be pretty handy for a menu or something that allows you to see who in your Spartan company is online and to invite them to games easily. I for sure would use it more and allows me to become more social to other players
Honestly I was just planing on using mine to get good with competition play and the like. It really depends on the individual company
