Hey guys just kind of something I was wondering. I like many of you are pretty hacked off about the whole debacle with the specializations and armors that were going to be exclusive to LE buyers now they are going to everyone. What do you want from 343 to give us in order to keep our LE pre orders? I am giving them at least till the 4th of Novemeber. If nothing changes I am going standard. What do you guys think they can do to make everyone happy?
All I want is a formal, written apology from 343.

First of all, it was a let down that they are offering the specializations now to everyone. But my question is, does it really matter? whether we unlock them early or not, eventually they will be available to everyone no matter what. I am more upset about the fact that the limitted edition does not have an exclusive in game armor. just an exclusive skin. yet the console has an exlusive armor
The only thing people have been hacked off from is the early access Specializations. In my opinion, I believe the LE is still a good offer. Free War Games Map Pass? Prime skin for weapon/armor and emblem? Avatar items such as Recruit armor and Cyro tank prop? Not to mention the rest of the collectibles and 90 minute extended edition of Forward Unto Dawn Vidoc. If I could, I would definitely pre-order a LE, but they ran out. If any of you would want to give up the good offer you have now, please do, I would be honored to take it off your hands.

And not everyone is cancelling their LE. Some of you are lucky, I would like to have one, instead of buying things separately.

no, definatly not. Fotus needs to stay exclusive to the console. LE needs a different exclusive armor
Honestly, I’d like to have Scanner and Strider. Just like the regular map pack buyers are gonna get. If not that, I at least want 343i to acknowledge what is going on to the community. Apologies would be great…
Who did they cheat? When did they cheat? No one cheated. 343 kept their word. They didn’t take anything out of the LE. They just added some bonuses to SE people and everyone lost their -Yoink-. People have over-expectations about getting Recruit as an exclusive armor, and no one cared about Strider and Scanner until they said they would be sold separately. It never said that they would be included in the LE, which is why I ordered the SE long ago simply so I could get the separate DLC for a better price.

walmart i do believe is still offering them and gamestop in store may have them available from people cancleing. I dont really understand why people are doing it. LE still has allot of good things
You aren’t going to get anything. Might as well cancel your LE and downgrade now.

What about the console owners? They are spending more money than LE owners? By the way I am getting both LE and console and to be honest I could care less but I know other would be angry. Fighting fire with fire does not solve anything but makes the fire worse.
Nothing. Stop being greedy. Don’t want the LE? Cancel your preorder. Want FOTUS? Get the Console.

It’s not just about Specializations.
The Map Pass. Which was supposed to be exclusive to the LE is now available for purchase outside of the LE.
What makes the icing on top is that the Map Pass outside of the LE will get TWO Exclusive Helmets and the Map Pass for LE does NOT get those helmets.

The Prime Recruit Skin.
Ah, I remember a time when the Warrior armor was Default. (The ONLY armor shown during 343i’s FIRST Multiplayer trailers and Screenshots). Now Recruit is default and LE buyers have a ‘skin’ for that default armor. Sure, it’s something different but how many people will still wear the Default with the ‘skin’ after they unlock the armors they want?

the pre order stuff from all the other retailers you will. Fotus armor is exclusive and the Recruit Prime Skin is exclusive. those will not show up on future dlcs
