What do you want in Halo 5’s forge.
Idea 1 (Edit):
I understand why people like clamber, however, jet pack reserves would accomplish the same thing while allowing Spartans increased control while in midair. However, I think I have found a compromise. Instead of grabbing the ledge to pull him/herself up the Spartan would simply use his jet pack reserves. This is how it would be different than the current clamber technique.
Instead of just making large/long jumps ahead of him/herself the spartan could make the same distance jumps backwards or sideways. However, unlike my original idea, the jet pack reserves could only be used to make difficult jumps. When the player presses the jump button (whatever that may be) as he is about to miss a jump his/her Spartan will then activate their jet pack reserves and make the jump. This would be an automated animation meaning that the player would be unable to use the jet pack reserves whenever he pleased. Essentially it serves the same exact function as clamber (although it is a different animation), but allows the player to use the Spartan Ability when going in any direction.
