I personally want forge world back from reach and an option to turn off and on lighting
Weather climate would be nice (snow, rain, storm,sunny, cloudy)
A daytime and nighttime option would be cool.

Multiple texture themes for all of the items in forge; an example would be UNSC, Covenant, and Forerunner textures. More landscaping features would be nice, like waterfalls, streams and bushes and give all of these landscapes multiple texture themes, such as snowy with the water objects becoming frozen, summer green grass, or desert. Less framerate drop.

sandbox is great but have spawning not count toward total spending amount. I find that to be a little stupid in MCC
