Really want crossplay co-op for the rest of the games. GF and I have been going through the series for her first time and the idea of going back to my console when we finish ODST is annoying.

I had forgotten about this as I rarely forge these days, but yes — the fileshare file cap for maps, gametypes, and films is WAY TOO SMALL in the MCC!

You could save hundreds of files in Halo: Reach. This shouldn’t be any different for the MCC. So, I agree, there should be a massive increase to the amount of content players can save to their fileshare!

After all, fileshare is the only means for legacy forge maps to be preserved, downloaded, and played as of now. And I have hundreds of saved files on my Xbox 360 that I probably couldn’t even port over to the MCC because I’d run out of space a quarter of the way through.

This definitely needs to change!

Add Halo 5 guardians and add some curated community maps in normal matchmaking like the ones seen in Halo Neutral Host Edition. Tinker and Downrush come to mind as very popular community maps from Halo 1 and I’m sure there are plenty of cool fan created Halo Reach, Halo 2, 3, and 4 maps that could make for a great time.

I want to be able to save more gametypes. I host custom CE or H2 games usually 4-5 days a week, and have a rotating schedule of various gametypes. It gets really tiring having to constantly delete and create game types.

Ranked h3 FFA/Lone Wolves. This was a core part of h3 and always the most populated playlist.

H5 should get a standalone PC release as well as some performance upgrades, bug fixes and mod support. But not as addition to MCC.

Campaign Crossplay for Halo 4.

I purchased the game as a gift on Steam for a friend of mine a while back so we could play the CO-OP campaigns together but I mainly play on XBOX (although I do own the game on Steam as well), so what I’d most like to see is cross-platform CO-OP extended across all the collection’s CO-OP game modes (I think it is nine in total, six campaigns plus Reach and ODST Firefight and HALO 4 Spartan Ops).

I would also love to see the original menus made available as options in some form (I still have the backward-compatible XBOX 360 versions of HALO 3 and ODST installed on my console, in large part because I want to preserve those menus). So that means options for the menu backgrounds, the menu music and, if possible even changes to the style/placement of the menu buttons to make the new combined UI look more like the classic games.

Finally, though probably something that would need to come through mods rather than as an official feature, would be improved support for Machinima across all Campaigns and Firefight/Spartan-Ops - specifically extension of Theatre mode / Saved Films into all those modes and the ability to remap the horrendous button combo required to lower your weapon in HALO 3 and onwards to one like in HALO 2 (or perhaps 2 buttons if one isn’t possible due to too many other features requiring a button).

The priority for me in terms of new features (carry on with bug fixes of course) this year is the cross-platform CO-OP though.

Nah man H5 should be a standalone release on PC/steam, as well as HW2

I really miss multiteam actually. All variants of it, whether it be 2v2v2v2v2v2v2v2 or 3 man teams or even 4v4v4v4. Never really thought about it until it slaps you out of no where and you get sad.

it would be nice if we could also get the rest of the halo 2 classic maps done in halo 2 anniversary. that, plus maybe some halo 4 maps.

also! i know this is being beaten to death, but halo 3 anniversary would be amazing! better graphics, an update to 3’s forge, and more.

Sadly I don’t see more H2C remakes for H2A happening after the recent wave of layoffs and budget cuts, however I do think their may be a very good possibility some Halo 4 maps could get resurrected for either H2A and Halo 4 (the Sandtrap test map in particular could very easily be added to H2A, since nearly all necessary assets already exist within H2A)

the only other major thing they really need to do is port over the remaining Halo 2&3 Era UNSC and Covenant weapons from Halo 4 that were missing in H2A, such as the Gravity Hammer and Spartan Laser (I’d also not mind seeing the SAW and the Storm Revenant added to the multiplayer as well to fill in for the GPMG and Specter that were absent).

I want the map files and armory files of Halo 4 and Halo 2 Anniversary to be shared between the two multiplayers.
Since Halo 2 Anniversary and Halo 4 are both in the Blam! 4.0 engine, it just makes sense to have these map files and armory files able to be cross-mutliplayer.

Imagine playing Halo 2 Anniversary on Haven, Ragnarok, Longbow, or Shatter?
Or playing Halo 4 on Stonetown, Zenith, Bloodline, or Shrine?

I would love for them to fix the object limit on Halo 3’s Forge mode. They increased the budget but I can’t utilize it at all.
