In my (opinion) I feel that Halo 4 is a great game but it needs work.
First: Pump up the Battle Rifle to make it as even as the DMR. I feel the Battle Rifle was nerfed to an extent where if I was battling the DMR I would lose 9/10 times and the 1 time I won it was a trade. I’m not saying it should completely over power it but just enough that it would win at least a couple times during a fight with a DMR.
Second: Fix the sniper so that when I get hit I don’t have my camera jolt to the top of my screen and have to come back down to try and get the kill.
Third: Fix the grenades. They are too weak and cannot be thrown very far, and when I do try to throw them at someone who is near to me they always get stuck in the ground and fail to do what they did in say Halo 2 or 3.(I understand that there is a Support upgrade for grenades but it doesn’t make them stronger.)
Fourth: If it is possible to do so make a customizable controller setting so that people can design the controls to what they think feels good to them. I know this probably sound ridiculous but I feel it would help the game. It would help if I could say make my reload X and still have Bumper Jumper settings while have my armor ability as B or something. (I don’t think this would catch on but it was just an idea to throw up in the air.)
Lastly: The Ranking system. Yes, I do know that its coming out in January and from what I have heard/read its only accessible on Halo Waypoint which is not a good idea. Halo players stride to make sure their rank is going up and of course not down, and it simpler to put it next to the name of the person then on an app on Xbox live or having that person go on their computer which could be in a separate room. But as I’m writing this I know that the Ranking system hasn’t come out yet nor do I know exactly what it is going to be, so in turn it could very well be the thing I’m hoping for. (Like I said what I’ve heard/read.)
In conclusion this is what I feel would make the game better in my opinion. For anyone else, you’re opinion is your own and I will not judge you for it.
