So I got bored and decided I would link a song that I think matches the theme that is Halo 4. ‘Unknown’ and ‘ancient’ with technological phenomenon’s that are the Forerunner and Precursor race’s. This is just a suggestion of mine, I’m not saying that 343 Industries should employ Linkin Park to do a theme song for them. This is an example.

The song has been extensively modified, I believe a version of this without a singer in the few parts that is has the singing in would be a perfect theme song for Halo 4.
What do you think? Do you have any songs that you think would suit/be better for a Halo 4 Theme song?
Edit: Read this and read it clearly; I am not a linkin park fanboy neither do I like the signing in this song, it could be modified without the singing. I also do not consider it as the ‘main theme song’ just an example main gameplay song.

I don’t have any objection to them making the theme song, I actually welcome it. I just think that bands making theme songs can be great too. Afterall this thread is about what I think would suit a Halo 4 Theme song and peoples variations and opinions.
I think this is decent however it is a little retro, and it seems to me in the past halos that this song would be difficult to intiate into halo 4, and I do think it would be a slight step out of the halo we all know and love.

Find an easier way to break a guy down will you then just intending it’s automatically bad, people these days. It takes more strength to be considerate then inconsiderate and always will.

I recall it in one small conflict on “Gravemind” with only instruments for about 2 minutes.

Well I think, I don’t know and yeah. Okay I got that a bit mixed up I admit that, what I intend is for it to be like the main gameplay song, that theme song.

The song isn’t the theme song, it only plays properly once and the intro is heard at one other time. This is widely considered to be the theme song. It plays several times during the game and again during the credits.
I reconfirmed with you guys that it wasn’t the main theme song anyway, I’m not even a linkin park fanboy so don’t pin me like that posting something that linkin park made, I like this song without the singing it in and I said that in the OP. They could do one for Halo but I doubt it. It’s common these days for popular bands to do a theme song for a game or movie. It was just a simple idea of mine that I thought might suit Halo 4 in a way and the idea has been clearly trashed from members who have no inspiration or creativity.
