Any ideas?
I’m thinking either a brief trailer, vidoc, or, should they even decide to do it, a multiplayer beta. What do you think?
Probably a trailer running on the ingame engine, showing a “cutscene” that will later on be in the game in a different form. Just like Bungie did with H2/H3/Reach.
And then first gameplay footage at E3 probably.
I predict that we will be hearing some vague news or details that will ignite the forums with rampant speculation. Same as always.
Hopefully various snippets of campaign gameplay that will give the forum enough canon-fuel to keep it going for months.

That’s a good idea, I like that.
I don’t Remember much about halo 3 but i do know that in halo reach it seemed as if they were pushing alot of the information about the multiplayer but almost nothing about the campaign other than the other members of noble team. In a way i would kind of hope they keep it a little bit hush hust. Halo Reach just kept on pumping us with information and after a while it just got boring at least to me. You basically knew everything about armour abilities, weapons and even maps. Sure they didn’t release much about the campaign, but that’s expected. The beta is all we should have gotten from halo reach and not much new information, till the game’s release. It keeps a little surprise in the game and you don’t know what to expect. Halo 4, I would hope they give us a few trailers, a little insight about the campaign and where its going without giving it away, and a tid bit of old and new weapons, just for kicks and that would be it, I would expect to see something before E3 of next year though.

Agreed, it’s always nice to have some surprises.
They should keep a lot of the enemies secret as well as many weapons, vehicles, etc. If possible, I’d want them to show mostly environments and SOME multiplayer aspects (again, without giving away all the weapons and vehicles that will be available in the final game). Halo 4 is meant to be mysterious again, let’s keep it that way in every way possible.

i expect a trailer that isn’t revealing in the slightest, with a “Halo 4 Beta coming…” Since we usually get the Beta in May, which is before E3

Ditto, i really want to see what direction they took movement, shooting, jumping, and the HUD in.

I agree. There was a crazy amount of info being put out before Reach came out. Me personally, I stayed away from all of it, like maps, campaign footage, weapons, etc.
I like some insight/reveal, but not ALL that much.

My guess is a Campaign trailer.
im getting so thirsty, I want to freeze myself like cartman and wake up in 2552 where I can get halo 4 - 6 from the museum of technology.
I’m hoping for a campaign trailer since that is what I look forward to in the Halo games. Just so curious as to who we will be fighting.

Now on regards of when the next Halo 4 trailer will be released, I can say very soon, but from what I’ve herd, it’ll be next Saturday at the 2011 VGAs, but since I feel a little iffy on it, I’m not counting my Grunts for it, but I guess will wait and see.
