WHAT DO YOU LISTEN TO?

What do you listen to while your playing halo 4? I listen to lots bands.

Hollywood Undead- Just recently saw them live and met the band. Great music and great people.
Abandon All Ships- Just recently met them as well and saw them live.
Slipknot
Green Day
DJ Blend
Linkin Park
Breaking Benjamin

Lots more. What do you guys listen ?

I pull out my guitar and play my own music while waiting for games.

But I blast whatever I feel like listening to when I play SpOps, anything from Melodic Death Metal to Visual Kei.

i never listen to music when playing spartan ops or singleplayer… The game music makes it more intense.

Face-melting metal.

But only when I’m forging. I can’t listen to music when playing, it’s too distracting.

The game itself, the sound design is absolutley exceptional.

Its people like the OP that are the reason I sit there trying to talk to teamates and I get absolutley no response back.

just because i listen to music while i game does not mean i don’t communicate… I use my headset every game.

Deltron 3030, mainly. Also happens to be my usual Mass Effect soundtrack.

Jack Johnson, of course

Oh, ok. Sorry about what I said then. I wish more players used mics.

lol np bro and i agree :frowning:

Death, Black, Thrash, Symphonic or Power metal. \m/

I mix it up.

Dubstep, chillstep, rock, rap, orchestral, drum and bass, alternative. Anything except for pop, classical and country.

The artists I mostly listen to when playing Halo 4 are -

Foo Fighters, Jet, Wolfmother, Radiohead, Thousand Foot Krutch, Nine Lashes, Eminem, Gemini, The Skyrim Soundtrack, The Tron Legacy Soundtrack, Instrumental Core, The Oblivion Soundtrack, The Halo 4 Soundtrack, Skrillex, Koven, Modestep, Kari Kimmel, Killsonik, Cryptex and 30 Seconds To Mars.

I’ll admit a lot of dubstep is crap that’s why I only listen to a couple of songs from some of these artist except for Foo Fighters and Gemini mostly. If you don’t mind orchestral I highly recommend getting into The Skyrim Soundtrack as everyday music or playing music, it works great to calm the nerves and chill you down. In short it really helps you concentrate especially when playing competitive.

STAR_ gameplays.
I dont watch them all that often but i like to hear him speak nonsense.
It always makes me happy.

I dont listen to alot of music when im playing tho.

A very long playlist that includes anything I consider worth hearing again.

Usually I don’t listen to music but occasionally I switch it up and put something on.

Regular battle themes include:

Bring On The Thunder - Ereez
Castle Of Glass - Linkin Park
Sell Your Soul - Hollywood Undead
Nine Thou - Styles Of Beyond
You Know My Name - Chris Cornell
Hekireki - Last Alliance
Answer Is Near - ONE OK ROCK
Surface Of The Sun - Yellowcard
Addicted - Bliss n Eso
Save This World Remix - Phantasy Star Universe OST

I don’t listen to music when I play. I used to, but I’d rather listen to the game now…

I also like Hollywood Undead. I saw them at Rock on the Range a couple years ago. I mostly listen to metal though and if I put music on that’s what it would be. Although, I’ve also been enjoying the Halo 4 soundtrack too :).

Everywhere I go…

Rooster Teeth Podcast.

Gavin or Google?

My boy… John Mayer

Awesome, I never met someone who listen to deltron 3030.

On topic,

I listen mostly, old school/ underground hip-hop.

Frank Sinatra. Goes strangely well with Space Marines.
