I actually kinda like this idea, a way to not piss off fans of halo 5’s campaign and a way to save the franchise. Although we still have the whole Cortana bs.
Ok, no offense to you OP or your opinions, but when did discussing YouTuber’s ideas and “facts” (the latter being unrelated to this post) become a trend here on Waypoint? Seriously, I’m seeing LNG and BDobbins in a lot of recent posts, among others.

Honestly, I don’t know. Definitely not promoting them. But this is a really good idea that should be discussed and elaborate to see if 343 gets any idea

It was fine, doesn’t need saving. H6 will be fine. Everything will be fine. Every Halo campaign was fine.

No. H5’s story wasn’t the best, but people are blowing it extremely out of proportion and I fully believe H6 will be good regardless of input from hack youtubers.

Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised to see no conspiracy theories in this video (though he did make assumptions about why 343 had rewritten the story).
What he described wouldn’t be a spin off. Spin offs don’t follow the main story. Decent ideas as far as what should be shown/ explained goes, but if it’s all gonna be in a game, the best option would probably be a series of Terminals or video logs or something in Halo 6.

It’s okay to say it’s fine, but it wasn’t what we were promised.
