Ever since 343 has taken over, the community has been split up. I didn’t like Halo. 4 that much, but Halo 5 is pretty good in my opinion. It doesn’t beat Halos 2 and 3, but I like the game. However, whenever I post a comment (usually on YouTube videos) about anything positive on Halo 5, I always get people saying “Halo 5 isn’t a true Halo game” or “Your not a true Halo fan.” BTW, it’s not stuff like “I liked the story” or “Halo 5 is the best ever.” I mean good things like the balanced weapons or forge. It stinks because I like Halo 5, but I hate being mistreated because of it. What do you guys think about this issue and what do you guys think about Halo 5? Do you guys have the same issue?
I like it. It’s not my favorite (CE is) or my least favorite (Reach is). But it’s a good game.
I wouldn’t say it’s the best but not the worst it sometimes has a few bugs and the event req packs arnt their long enough for me to get them cause they use too much req points and I don’t like selling things that arnt mongeese and warthogs and scout warthogs were a terrible idea for the fact that it’s a big mongoose. Every thing else seems nice a new game mode where you don’t have to use req vehicles would be great

In my opinion, the best. 343 really out did themselves with this one with new content coming out so fast, it’s hard for me to keep up. haha.
I do agree though, the REQ events need to last longer. >.<

Halo5 is a decent game. I would even rate it better if they would work some of these bugs out. But again its decent. And to be completely honest I don’t think there will ever be a game out there that will ever be comparable to Halo2 or 3. You have to remember those times were completely different. When Halo2 hit the online gaming you had a rush of gamers in Awww. A shooter game that was not only awesome because it was a shooter but because it was the first shooter game that had awesome graphics and good story line for its time. And bringing that to an online form took the whole gaming industry by storm! Heck even if you weren’t a gamer you were rushing out buying the game and console if you didn’t have one. It was just the in thing to do at the time and everyone seemed to be doing it. It was the next best thing to the microwave oven! 
It’s better than Halo 4, but that really doesn’t say much. Neither 4 nor 5 even play like Halo games(and Reach is questionable in that regard). Simply put, I do not enjoy Halo 5 at all. The last time I played it was November. I prefer to stick to MCC. As broken as it still is, it offers a better Halo experience than Halo 5 ever will. I would play Halo 5 if 343 ever decided to put in a few classic-style playlists. But they’re so -Yoink!- stubborn and their playlist management is so bad that it will never happen.

Multiplayer is addictive and fun.
Campaign could’ve been a bit better.
Love free dlc.
Halo 5 is the worst Halo game.
I’ll have to replay the Campaign. From what I remember it wasn’t that great, not a lot of weapon or enemy variety in the levels. That one mission on the Argent Moon was alright.
The Multiplayer is simply average. Average maps, better than average gun design, questionable aiming, lack of content and playlists. Idunno, comparable to Halo 3 I guess?
I love it.
I think it’s great, going in the right direction.
The base game was perfectly fine and delightful. With all the updates and dlc, it’s like the gift that keeps on giving.
bad halo, decent game
I love it. It has its issues (some campaign issues (Cortana) among other things), but I did really enjoy it. Its the first time i’m actually interested in its multiplayer, which for me is big as I hate anything multiplayer that isn’t Co-Op. I enjoyed the characters and additions to the lore. I’m very optimistic for the future and can’t wait to see what it holds.

A lot of people have had what they enjoyed about Halo completely ripped out of the games. A lot more people than some would like to admit.
I like Halo Reach. Lots of people hate Halo Reach. I do not give a furry rat’s backside. I whole heartedly accept Reach as the messed up game it is and enjoy it for what it did right. So while there are very valid criticisms of the game, I can both take those criticisms seriously and not want them to return in any Halo game ever again, yet still enjoy it. Free of worry of what others say.
So I suggest you try to do the same. Enjoy the game the way you are enjoying the game. But accept what is wrong with it.

Halo 5 has every thing I liked removed.
I liked having saved load outs, using all kinds of armour abilities, playlist option that I wouldn’t get board off.
Halo 5 is the 1st time I’ve thought maybe I should let my love and loyalty to the franchise die.
I also find all the pro gaming stuff off putting and a constant reminder that halo is bland and basic now.
