Commando also combos really well with the PP or Carbine because after the shield strip or even damaging the shields, you just aim at chest height with the Commando and full auto it. The recoil itself + the prior shots will kick the weapon up enough that the headshot will go through the moment the shield pops.
It’s just a really really poor weapon on its own, but a very easy headshot machine if you have something else to break shields with, which is its entire weakness.

If you tap fire the commando the recoil is significantly less impactful on the gun.
It still doesn’t change the fact you need some 6 or so shots to break a shield with JUST the Commando, which is not very good Ammo-Eco wise when you get only 20 per mag and 60 in reserve.
If you factor in things like imperfect shots and maybe some desync, you are probably at most getting 1.5 kills per mag which isn’t really spectacular since the SK could do the same out of the pocket with greater consistency.
True. This also means that the optimal ttk is significantly reduced, making it much less viable than the BR, AR, side kick.
I find it to be dependent on range. At range, only the Battle rifle really out preforms the command. The AR will actually be easier to work with at closer range unless your quick with adjusting to a character being close too you.
Pistol it almost flat out replaces unless your godly accurate with it.
i fire it in 3-4 round bursts
I melt with it, It’s just only good for a few kills before it’s ammo is gone. But that’s true of most weapons.
