I found all those doll things but what do they do it has been annoying me for so long what the hell do those stupid doll things do are they just for fun who knows

All they do is squeak when you apply force to the dolls. Its an easter egg, most likely for Halo 4.
It looks incomplete doesn’t it? Yet we don’t get the helmet in game for Reach. My theory is that this helmet is a early build of a Halo 4 helmet. Obviously if you’ve seen the recent placeholders for the ranking system for Halo 4, its very similar to Reach.
What this means is that 343 is using Reach assets for early builds of the game. It’s totally feasible to conclude that this “GRD doll” is a teaser for what for Halo 4.
Just an Easter Egg for the GRD Helmet which didn’t make it into the game.
As what everyone says here, Its an Easter Egg. I guess 343 wanted to have a little fun with the maps.
