Now i realize most people are hating on the ‘spartan abilities’ and smart scope, but with the news that (at least the smart scope) brings no advantages or disadvantages, why is there such a general hatred? again i realize everyone would say ‘because if i wanted call of duty i would buy call of duty’ and i get the point, but until scoping becomes trivial, and online groups like Faze clan come in and start quickscoping and all that rubbish, it will still be halo, or at least to an extent, and i, at least, like the ballance that was sorta shown in the gameplay footage and twitter posts replying to the leak, and it is definately good that everyone gets equal stuff. Doesn’t that keep it halo? It will just mean there are more options in a combat situation.Well either way i would like to hear anyone’s oppinion, conflicting with mine, or not.
People are always going to freak out when something is first shown. Happened with 2, happened with 3, happened with Reach, etc. It is what it is.
Give these guys a few days to gather their thoughts, and they’ll make their final decision until the beta rolls out.
I think it will be fun, but we’ve got to try out spartan charge and ground pound to see how they effectively work in the game. I think it’s the right direction for Halo.
PS I want the hit detection sound removed XD

I totally agree with you… I think ground pound will have just small area of effect (let¨s say 1 player) And you’ll have to be very accurate with it and remember you have to sprint for some time to do charge
I had my doubts, but after seeing Halo 5: Guardians - Multiplayer Beta Behind the Scenes - YouTube I believe this is the right direction…
