I guess it depends on what are you’re looking to step in to - whether it’s something like graphic design, actual games design, something more in-depth like programming for a games engine, web development, there’s loads of areas. If you have a rough idea then you can start to look at college / university courses and move from there. You can also have a look over Microsoft’s career search and see what jobs are currently going at 343, that will give you an idea of the requirements for those levels that they are looking for
