What do I need to buy the Battle Pass again!? I thought it was a "One time Purchase"?

I thought it was said that the BP would be a one time purchase, so wtf have I got to purchase it again?

When you buy a Battle Pass, you’ve bought that season’s battle pass. Buying one doesn’t give you every future one. It’s that the one you have bought won’t expire.

Besides, from now on, starting from the season 2 pass, it’s basically a one time purchase as you get the 1k credits back.
