After going through the other “What difficulty?” thread, it seemed like it would be useful to have a poll.
So, what difficulty will you choose for your fist campaign playthrough?
Edit: Had a brain fart and put Hard instead of Heroic on the poll. Is there a way to edit it? Either way, I’m sure it won’t cause any confusion
I always do normal since its easy and I can look around… but I’ll do heroic just so I can enjoy the story more.
Easy=you don’t have to pause when being shot at.
normal=easy
heroic=normal
legendary=challenging

“Hard”?!? Where’s my Heroic??
I’m going to start out on Normal so I can experience the story, explore the levels, and get used to the game.
After that, it’ll be a jump to co-op Legendary with my friends. Achievement time!

I definitely will go through my first campaign gameplay on normal, to get used to the Halo 4 feel.

Didn’t you hear? 343 replaced Heroic with the more generic Hard mode in an attempt to attract a larger player base and to avoid confusion from people new to the series.
Normal first for the story, then Heroic/Legendary later.
Def. normal, I’d like to look around and feel like a badass instead of getting my tucas handed to me cause of the prometheans not being you know…covenant/flood :S

heroic. but it also looks like it might be split screen co-op this time, since my friend has a better tv and mine makes my ears bleed.
i always have done normal but now im going to do heroic, normal is just way to easy

Like I said, definitely Normal. I want to gobble up all of the story, music, and graphics as well as get used to the gameplay and missions before I tackle it on Legendary.
