so what difficulty will you first play on when you get halo 4? i personaly wil play through on normal to get the story, then when i am ready i will play through on legendary. so what are you gonna do? or will you play multiplayer first?
Heroic for a semi decent challenge and too enjoy the story (hope the campaign lasts long) and then legendary.
Legendeary. As much as I’d like to do normal my first play and just enjoy the story, I need to see that legendary ending asap!
Heroic. Because that’s how Halo was meant to be played.
I’m going to play on legendary but only use my -Yoink- cheeks to control it. I’ll have a mirror in front of me the entire time so I can see whats going on and through a series of flexing and twitching manage to work both the thumbs sticks and the triggers all individually

Legendary. Never understood why people play anything else. You shouldn’t even be allowed to enter matchmaking till you’ve beaten the game in it’s entirety on Legendary.
Legendary - that is assuming legendary is still the hardest difficulty (343 might have a new name for the difficulties). There’s no other way to do it.
Legendary is the only difficulty that I feel even remotely challenging. Thus my first playthrough will be on Legendary, as always.
Solo Legendary. It’s a tradition.
Then co-op spartan ops.
It’s got to be legendary. The other difficulties are not that challenging plus I wanna see the legendary ending.
Originally, I had planned to play through like you, on normal and get to grips with the story. However, my friends have invited me to play with in a group them on Heroic, as they have done before, which I think I will probably end up doing.
Legendary, it just feels right to die allot if you aren’t paying attention. which i will be doing allot of concerning i will be looking at everything with ouuhs and ahhhhs.
Normal so I don’t have hours between cutscenes to get the story.
Then solo legendary. 
Same as you OP, first slowly on normal then on legendary.

Heroic first; pacing often feels better on heroic than legendary for getting story elements. Though probably get into multiplayer after about 1-2 levels.
