Just ranked platinum 6 in FFA… now I have a full night of heart wrenching FFA to grind.
i ranked silver, before the update, after that didnt play ranked.
Do you get anything special for high ranking? the season pack is different?
I played 3 matches then got frustrated and stopped. I was playing Onyx players and I’ve ranked in Onyx all other seasons so I can only assume I would rank Onyx.

rip plat 5 is swat. gonna pull that up to diamond then to onyx tomorrow (stupid teammates) also, I automatically got a loss because of an eternal blackscreen ffs.
I believe I was Platinum VI in Breakout. Not too shabby, actually.
Platinum 4 in Team Arena. Everything else, I didn’t bother to qualify.

Still need to try and rank up to diamond solo.
Wait, do you mean this new season or last season? Last season I ranked in every playlist except for Doubles and Swat. Normally I just rank Platinum in Slayer/Team Arena, and Diamond/Onyx in FFA depending on how much I play it. Didn’t get to Onyx last season in FFA since I didn’t play very much of it. This season I think I’ll just stick to FFA and Social playlists.
This past week I played some games of FFA, being ranked Diamond, and went up against Onyx 1500-1800 players, which seemed strange. I guess the population is getting low for FFA.

Not too bad for myself. Probably would have been higher in other playlists had Snipers not become a ranked playlist.
Only played slayer got diamond 1. Gonna make the climb back up to Onyx a little easier.
Gold or something but I don’t care about ranks that much.
As a beginner, I’ve played Slayer, made Onyx in 2 weeks. Thats it.

I’ve been playing regularly for a year and got my first Diamond in Slayer last week.
@LethalQ, I’ll complete the placement matches for Slayer this evening.
I’ll post here when I’ve been ranked.
I just played FFA last night. After my 10 placement games, I was ranked Onyx 1700, which was strange. I thought it wasn’t possible to qualify above Diamond anymore, but yeah.
I made it to Champion #6 in little less than a couple hours. Just have to strike early, I suppose.

Dont know. I thought it will be harder. Played solo most of the time. First week my k/d was like 0.6 and i was 1000 deaths more then kills. Later on 1+ kd and I’ve grinded few days for Onyx. Got 54% win rate and just did it. Im only 100 hours in Halo now. I just wanted to check if i can get it or not. Worst moment: i was Diamond 6, and i had like 4 games in a raw 3 v 4, and some loses and dropped to Diamond 3. That was hard to me to get Onyx after that. I was demotivated. Anyway i started to play smarter and slower. Now i know maps, power weapons, capo etc. I know choke points, routes, spawns, how to escape, thrust, i know jumps and on different maps etc. And finally after 3 years with PS4 controller i adapted to Xbox.
