The SPNKR is one of the most iconic weapons in the series.
The SPNKR is badass with its rotating Rocket tubes and its huge size, it had character and personality.
This is just a green tube.
Made it more logical and mainstream I guess. Easier to carry ammo than the other one I bet. Spartans are humans to don’t you care about their well being

I agree that the game looks awesome, but there was literally ZERO reason to change the SPNKr this much.

yep, hopefully they re-skin it to look more original, change is good, except this, one does not simply change the rocket design dramatically

While not a major thing, it does seem rather pointless.

This change has literally zero tangible effect on anything, at all, whatsoever.
Do we really need another one of these threads? Just add to one of the other numerous threads out there.
I think that pro team can be blamed. They probably wanted a rocket launcher that didn’t obstruct your view as much.
I’m pretty sure this is not a redesigned SPNKr, it is just a new rocket launcher in general. Will they have the old one? Who knows. My guess is they made a new one to fit the new style of gameplay. We still have yet to see any vehicle combat in this Halo. There could be some logical reason that they needed to modify the rocket launcher to work & balance with the new chaos of BTB.
Otherwise, they just wanted to make it new. Only time will tell.
Is that the same actual Rocket Launcher from every halo? Or is this an entirely new model?

I agree that the game LOOKS awesome (I’ll finally get to play it tomorrow), but the new rocket launcher is ugly
the ol dual tube needed and updated I feel that 2 rockets in one tube is more haloey. And plus your complaining about something that really doesn’t effect gameplay. Just looks which is not a big deal sure it’s not the old one but its probably is a new variant like the d79 pelican was and update to the old d77
