I couldn’t hear it either. But he said that Chief is essential for their future. What does this mean!?!?!?
I heard Locke I think.
I know it started with a L. It sounded to me like he said Lowe. Could it mean the spartan is the new guy Marlowe from the live action Halo Knightfall set to be released this fall?

When I saw the blue visor and heard the deep voice I initially thought it was a “we are aware of your visual upgrades” Elite from the motion comic Head Hunters.
I heard Clarke, so if Marlowe from Halo: Nightfall is the same person, his full name may be Marlowe Clarke.
Arbiter:

But to be honest I was just having a massive mind = blown moment just from the looks of the CGI, wondering if that was H2A, then realizing I am hearing Arbiter. And THEN realizing this was H5:G footage meaning the big bad Arby is back after all that time!
