what did the 15Gb update do?

Day one patches finish the game. The day the code goes gold and they start stamping to disk, doesn’t necessarily mean the code was actually ready for 1.0 yet.

Like he said above, just last minute updates and such. Can also have to do with changes to the Xbox software that occurred between manufacturing and releasing of the actual game.

Part of it was because they didn’t want two discs and it included the finished install for multiplayer
