Its in the Halo books, mainly I think it for creating the Spartans, as well as hijacking ships and kidnapping a Spartan.
just watch the prologue of the halo 4 campaign, i think was arrested for being involved in the spartan ll project. Since a bunch of 6 year olds were abducted and turned into spartans =/

But it was also, I think, plan too taking over the humanity. Make a master race (lol, fallout referance). But then, the Covenant came.

The Spartan II program was constructed to prevent humanity from nuking itself back to the dark ages, which was a mathematical certainty within 50 years of the commencement of the project. Ironically if the Covenant didn’t turn up and start their xenocidal campaign humanity would be on the verge of extinction.
You don’t need to read the books to be a Halo fan. The games came along before the books anyway. By that I mean ‘Halo’ was created before a Halo book was.
Anyway, she created Spartans (the SII program). Including John.
i want to know what happened to jun cos he went off with her and we didnt see if he actualy died or not but she got taken in cos she was experimenting on children and she was arguing that making the children into spartans was because children are more apliable to be retuned into super soldiers instead of adults and she said if she hadnt the human race would have ended with the covi war

Kidnapping a Spartan, interfering with a Spartan’s mission, looking into classified information, maybe a few other things.
She was officially arrested for treason and dissertion after kidnapping Kelly and leading other Spartan IIs to the classified planet of Onyx. Also, Admiral Parangosky is drunk on power and hates her, so she is probably going no where soon.
You guys should read; Halo: The Fall of Reach by Eric Nylund.
Explain everything in great detail. John as a child, explains why Dr Halsey is being investigated at the start of Halo 4. Old book but still the BEST halo novel IMO.
