Most of you on these forums dont like whats new about Halo 4?
So lets get an example from some of you guys.
Lets say you have to make a new game ( After Halo 3 ), what would you do to make a new game, that was more exciting then the prior?
These are the things im seeing
“we dont like passive sprint”
“we dont like loadouts/CoD Clones”
“we dont like having no weapons spawn on the map” (even though they
actually do)
“we dont like Kill cams”
“we dont like armor abilities”
ect…
So if you guys dont want any of these things, then what would you like?
a new halo 3 map pack? A halo 3 with better graphics?
Or… if you have better ideas for new exciting stuff that gives you the same great halo feel, lets hear em. Unless all you want is new map pack for an old game?
I’d like to let you know that abilitys is actually spelled abilities. Just letting you know. It makes your argument/question a little more respectable when you use complete and proper English.
> I would like to see all the complainers combine and try to compete with 343 industries to create halo 5, they wouldn’t even stand a chance
Yes, because they are given a hundred million dollar budget, with a team with a decade of experience, and while mixing former Bungie employees with 343.
I don’t see how this is an argument at all.
You don’t need to know how to sing to critique it. - Simon Cowell
The only good argument I have seen to date has been about instant respawns promoting the ‘leeroy jenkins’ kind of attitude. Granted this has happened to me before but personally I would like to think it’s not because I try to rush head long into the enemy, but rather I rush towards my teammates and somehow or another they just help me to die when I get there. That happens especially a lot in SWAT.
Unless they’re doing something really stupid on the lower part of Haven and turning that area into a duck shoot. Then I stay back and try to establish higher ground domination to the best of my abilities while they are running to their deaths.

All the complainers? Not a chance.
Some of the more intelligent individuals, who see legitimate faults within the game and are open to discussion as opposed to blindly pushing their beliefs, with the support and funding 343 received? Maybe. Not certainly, but maybe.
Regardless, that isn’t a legitimate argument. I couldn’t write a novel, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know Mortal Engines is great and Twilight isn’t.
The fact is that complainers are useful to know where there is a need of fix in the game. If everyone was talking only about the good things in the game, there would be no improvement

The thing that confuses me about people that dont like instant respawns is that, how does it change the way they play the game if they respawn after 3 seconds of being dead or so? Their still going to rush in or do whatever they were going to regardless.

You have 3 seconds more to gain shields, reload weapon, regroup with a team for a push.
You know what’s pretty funny, is how history repeats itself. There were trolls saying that Halo 2 was better than 3, and that 3 wasn’t a worthy sequel. Some gamers will never be happy. Watch when 5 comes out their gonna yell that 4 was better and was true Halo.
TS I wouldn’t even bother addressing the complainers. The majority are noobs that get owned by the real halo vets and come to the forum and cry about it. Lol
They can’t hang in a game that takes actually skill and critical thinking. So they want halo 3 but polished ? Here’s a thought : how about you get with the times ? Evolve your weak run n gun and spray and pray game. Don’t get bitter , get BETTER ! Then you’ll earn our respect as a community and your opinion will have more value to it. Until then let me call you a waaaaahmbulance.
Life goes on whether you stay stuck in the same place or not.
2.29 k/d , what’cha life like ? Die much ? Got kills ?

That and it forces you to have a few seconds to take a deep breath.

Halo 4 has a per for faster regen/and AA that helps speed up shield regen
Halo 4 also has a perk to speed up reloading, + you have a secondary weapon for a reason
3.what does respawn times have to do with regrouping with your team? a faster spawn time would make it easier to regroup.
> The thing that confuses me about people that dont like instant respawns is that, how does it change the way they play the game if they respawn after 3 seconds of being dead or so? Their still going to rush in or do whatever they were going to regardless.
sometimes i can’t even finish reloading before i’m being shot by the guy i just killed. so to answer your question its not about how they chose to rush in. it’s about having some breathing room before your next engagement
Another thing they don’t realize halo needs to keep up with competition.
A lot of them want their dads halo.
A good number don’t realy care for story. You can tell when they say “I’d rather read a book.”
The community has always hated any form of change. From dule wielding to equipment to armor abilities.
Some of the stuff has merit though. Such as instant respawn.
But this is a cycle that has been since the start. It will be the same during the next halo then the next. Kinda like reapers. But with less intelligence.
A static classic playlist on release would have been nice. No AA’s, loadouts, sprint, or ODs. BR and DMR are pickups, power weapons have to be grabbed, spawn timers are increased, and power weapons don’t disappear upon death.

secondary weapon is there for a reason.
Close quarter combat, my boltshot will wreck anyone trying to run up on me.
