This video was not filmed by me. It was filmed in Pax 2010, before Halo: Reach came out. Bungie had a panel and showed what was removed and kept in Halo: Reach. Maybe the things that were removed could be in Halo 4. Just a thought.

It’d be nice to be able to transport over water, maybe an elephant/pelican that is like a boat that can transport mass amounts of people.
I like the combat at 02:10 of that video, I’m hoping large scale battles are common in Halo 4. They’d be awesome, especially on the ground with many different vehicles in a large open, desert, area.

I was hoping for that kind of combat in Halo Reach, but was really sad when I found out it wasn’t so…
I’m telling you right now, Halo 4 would be epic if there was large scale battles going on in the back ground like that.
I also really want the boat.

When I saw the Reach trailers and the vehicles on ‘Tip of the Spear’, I was so excited. I could not wait to play that mission and take part in such a large scale battle. I was so disappointed when they just drove off to the right.
It was still one of my favourite missions from the Halo Reach campaign because it was set in the desert and it had a lot of vehicular combat.
I’m really hoping for missions like ‘Tip of a Spear’, ‘The Covenant’ and all of the other great action packed missions from Halo 3, ODST, Halo 2 and Halo CE.
Everything they showed looked really good and really fun… I wonder why they didn’t go THIS direction.

I think it was because they didn’t have enough time.

Please make global battle. That looked so amazing. And that open desert combat that looked like an early Tip of the Spear, why wasn’t that in Reach? That’s what I wanted from the game all along.
Global Battles was something I definitely think Reach should of had. It would have been cool in Halo 3 as well but I feel that in Reach you definitely felt a lot more restricted to small scale combat.
