What control scheme does everyone run?

Just kinda curious. Always love hearing the really unorthodox set ups. Also you can say if you have any custom controllers.

I personally play with just the basic controller. I play bumper jumper on 4 senstivity because I love being able to jump and shoot without my finger every having to leave either thumbstick. I think the senstivity I play on is a good balance of being quick enough to keep up with any targets and also slow enough that I can really line up headshots.

Curious what everyone else runs, so please share.

I use Recon with a sensitivity of seven, loved the Halo 3 controls and I refuse to move on.

Recon, default sensitivity. But if I had it in me to re-learn this game then I’d use bumper jumper.

bumper jumper on 2. always felt just right to me.

Always default for me. Whatever the game. Default sensitivity too.

Bumper Jumper, I don’t have Halo 5 yet so I don’t know what sensitivity i’ll like but I use 4 in the other Halo’s.

Helljumper, sensitivity at a 9 thanks to the tall concave stick on the Elite controller I just got! Right bottom paddle- A (Sprint), Right upper paddle X (Thruster), Left bottom paddle LB (Jump/Clamber), Left upper paddle RS (Melee). Was already loving Helljumper to begin with, really loving it now!

Green Thumb with sensitivity of 5-7 depending on how I feel and how my gaming is doing.
Really want to get the elite controller soon. Gonna sell my 360 and games n whatnot and use that money to buy it.

I made the switch from default to bumper jumper a couple weeks back after finding myself getting stale in ranking. It’s really helped. Pushed me from being stuck in platinum to breaking into diamond and still raising.
Edit - I use sensitivity of 3. Might increase it though because I’m having problems with engaging people on time who come at me from the sides.

Default on 6 Sensitivity (regular controller).

The halo 3 controls, recon. It just doesn’t feel right zooming in with a trigger. Sensitivity is 4.

Green thumb with sensitivity on 2.

I find it handy pushing the left stick to punch people!

honestly I’m suprised how many people run recon. The only thing I never liked about it is having punch on a button, I like to be able to spin a hit someone.
