what commanders should they pick for each side?

Any thoughts on commanders as Captain James Gregory Cutter,Professor Ellen Anders,Sergeant John Forge,Sergeant John Forge,Prophet of Regret,and the Brute Chieftain are used.

Absolutely CAPT Cutter and Professor Anders. Maybe a Marine or NAVSPECWAR Commander on the SoF for the ground role. For the ‘covenant’ absolutely that brute, maybe a new San 'Shyuum, and a Sanghelili (covenant or SOS depending on the timeline). For Forerunners maybe a monitor, promethean AI commander, and some sort of live forerunner.

The covenant is going to be heavily brutes, I think thats about confirmed by that trailer.

if we were to recognize the story line then the possibility of Heroes would be along the lines of that unnamed Brute in the trailers, a possibility of Sali 'Nyon and I’d like to see a Kig Yar hero. For the humans, we could expect to see Cutter (most likely not), Captain Lasky or Admiral Hood, and maybe Jerome-092 could be a hero. Personally it would be cool if heroes had special powers, and if they did I’d like to see Jerome-092 be able to use Red Team on the field, like in HW1, it would also be interesting if this Kig-Yar prince could use himself, and be able to call in Skirmishers (like the prophet of regret) as a fast, anti-infantry unit. All speculation and the heroes could be anyone, but you have to keep in mind most heroes in HW1 are dead.

I think it would be cool if they had completely different character into the mix instead of the once we have now in halo wars. See completely new people with their own abilities and special troops would make the game completely fresh. Heck even let us create our own and unlock special troops that we can use so each match can be different.

I can tell you, it WONT be Sgt. J Forge.
Why? He was inside a planet as its star-for-a-core blew up…

I don’t care who they pick to act as the leader of each faction, as long as they are each significantly different from each other (assuming that CA continues with this style of Faction differentiation).
