I’m part of that group that does surveys (as a lot of you are I’m sure) I was away from my xbox so I decided to open it here on my computer. however there was some weird network error that caused it to say “it can’t be opened at this time. try again later” but when I tried to reopen the pack it said it was already opened. when I refreshed the page it was gone.
Did I get my items? if so what did you guys get? I have no idea what to look for. and if I did not get them what should I do?
also by accident I clicked on the unsubscribe link. is there a way to reverse it that does not involve reapplying?
