All members of Fireteam Majestic have blue and white as their primary and secondary colours and a gold/Legendary visor. Do you think that if there were actually designated characters for Crimson, that they would all have the same colour as the other Spartan Fireteams? Maybe they would all have red and white as their primary and secondary colours and a gold/Legendary visor? There is no ‘Crimson’ colour in the Halo 4 armory.

However, I don’t like how 343 named our Spartan Ops Spartan Fireteam ‘Crimson.’ Why is Fireteam Crimson called Crimson if none of the Spartans have Crimson colours?

This is why I would have much rather been Fireteam Kodiak. Crimson presumes too much.

I am curious to know what the canonical Crimson Team is, Noble Six may have been a player created figure, but they were male in the lore.

I bet you 343 will leave Crimson as is like right now, and then kill Crimson off at the very end of Spartan Ops like their Pelican gets shot down or something. Might not happen, but I think it will.
I’d like a character that I’m supposed to play in the Halo universe not to die, not including Master Chief and The Rookie. I never felt like I was Master Chief.

I think Crimson it’s a reference to Certain Affinity who worked on Halo: CEA & H4 forge…Certain Affinity made a game called Crimson Alliance.
To answer my opinion about what colors Fireteam Crimson uses. I would like to see the S-IVs assigned the same colors across each team. S-IIs had green with gold visors with some exceptions. it is the military and I could see blue being the assigned primary color with a gold visor.
However, in the booklet from the LE edition it does talk a little about color customization must follow UNSC protocol. so they may be allowed to wear whatever they like or have a unique color assigned to each fireteam. I too would like to see an answer from 343i to what color each fireteam wears, especially the one we belong to.
