What CE do you like better Classic or Remastered?

I honestly can’t pick between the remastered version or the classic. You can only find terminals using the remastered setting.

I own both, and uh, remastered edition definitely.

honestly for me its classic, I just enjoy the nostalgia I get from it.

I still prefer the classic one because it’s one of those few games from 2001 that aged pretty good.

With darker hard to see missions remastered but I think the Flood look funnier in classic, in the mission Two Betrayals I shoot them with a magnum and 5 seconds after, they had a little yellow flash appear on them, then a Ghost hit me. :slight_smile:

Honestly I would say both too. I prefer the remastered models (such as the Elites, Grunts, and Jackals, and of course Master Chief) But I find myself to prefer the look of the landscapes in classic mode. Maybe I’m just weird but I feel like Classic has better coloring.

Or, I’m insane.

I do wish that Bungie had added ambient life into the game. Like Reach, but others instead of just emu like birds.

Classic, some of the levels in remastered looked a little overly pretty. and 343 guily spark lost some of the spooky ambience when it was well lit. I really liked the level Halo in the remastered version though

I do like both I do like classic more tho.

I love the remastered version, but more especially I love the ability to switch between the graphics whenever (and seamlessly on Xbox One). The ability to see 10 years worth of graphical improvements at the touch of a button is awesome, and it allows one to play in either a shiny new world, or a classic one that still stands the tests of time.

I play halo 3 and I think I like the original better, in all the other games, I like the remastered versions, but the original look in halo 3 fits better.

Remastered because then I can play it New and Old, it jsut feels cooler that way.

Remastered… however I played through the mission Halo yesterday in classic only… and it holds up LIKE CRAZY GOOD!!! But anniversary is just that little extra! :slight_smile:
