I would have to say the Hayabusa from Halo 3, That armor used to be God-like, and the katana on the back of the armor!
Oh, and the grenadier helmet from Halo: Reach.

I want to see JFO return from Reach. I really liked the helmet. I also liked CQB from Halo 3 and EOD. I hope they add Six’s default armour (MK. V ). Since they called Carter’s armour ‘NOBLE’, they could call this armour ‘SIX’ or something along those lines.
