I absolutely adore this helmet, but can’t decide on what armor goes well with it. Anyone mind giving me some suggestions in good armor combinations?
Doesn’t the standard recon have an armor. Maybe try that one and see if it looks good. I use the military police helmet with helioskril. Or whatever it’s name is.
To me, it’s too small to look good on any male Spartan. No matter what armour you wear, you end up looking like your mother got infected with the Zika virus before you were born.
Try pairing the helmet with MK VI Satrap. Sure you’re missing the all-important diaper, but it looks really damn good.
Possible armor pieces that I enjoy in general are Wrath or Rogue (preferably the variant with the yellow trim on it), and some other simpler looking armor pieces.

God I was I was a Spartan already so that I could simply link it in a signature…
Mako Chthonic doesn’t look bad with it, vigilant is pretty nice, argus is pretty good, decimator… basically anything kinda lighter weight.
If you want a good laugh though put it on with Indomitable and become pinhead Larry.
I prefer using Mark IV Gen 1 because it works well with almost any helmet.
Venator works really well with it, or at least the base version does.
The only issue I have is that the color red that is on the helmet is brighter the any of the other reds on the amors that I use.
It makes a little disconnect honestly.
Recon IGT, Vigilant, and Intruder Trespasser for me whenever I wear Recon GEN1.
