What are your top 5 favorite halo infinite missions?

mine are the road, the tower, warship gbraakon, foundations and the house of reckoning

The Road was really cool for sure, as tank run missions are always great :grinning:. It didn’t have quite as much variety as the original trilogies tank runs though.

I wish Infinite’s tank run would have been a lot earlier in the campaign though. I feel like a lot of players missed ot experiencing it because it was so late in the campaign.

I actually enjoyed the mission where you go to each of the beacons the most, which only kinda counts as a mission because it’s really just “go hit the open world for a while”.

I set up a marine squad to kinda mimick a special ops sniping squad and we assaulted one of the beacons on foot at night. Epic fun time! I also took a hog squad to attack one, and pulled a lone wolf on another.

I just genuinely had fun choosing to play different Halo fantasy scenarios throughout the campaign thanks to the openness of the sandbox

The Road, Warship Gbrakkon, House of Reckoning, Silent Auditorium and Pelican Down.

Pelican Down might be my favourite mission in the franchise ngl

Oh man that’s actually a hard choice. I don’t know, I really like the whole game, but House of Reckoning was just thematically awesome.

I usually find that games have better missions/levels toward the beginning of a game.

As such, in no particular order: The Tower, Gbraakon, Foundations, Pelican Down, and House of Reckoning.

Pelican Down and House of Reckoning. One fits a unique open area sandbox and the other is an actual unique mission. One shows the emotions of both sides and the other shows the brutatility of the Banished. The other missions are kinda… not real to me, they just are boring. Even the Roadn’t really fun since there’s just a lot of anti-vehicle enemies.

Silent Auditorium
Warship Gabraakon
The Tower
House Of Reckoning
Command Spire

House of Reckoning
It satisfies my imagination of a great halo firefight, various weapons and vehicles are putted on map , you can fight the enemies with resources on map and landform. For the firefight in ODST and Reach, I think the map resource are too low, WZ firefight is totally rely on REQ system.

The “open world ” part is a whole disaster, but I think The tower, Pelican Down, The road and Silent Auditorium is my favorite.

I forgot pelican down and the spire…

I thunk Infinite’s campaign was about as good of a first foray as we could have expected a Halo game to make in the open world space in a lot of regards.

I think three key things would have really improved it.

  1. Big spontaneous events the player can participate in. (Crashing drop pods of marines to go rescue like in CE, Scarabs dropping onto part of the map, banished assaults on UNSC controlled FoB’s, e.t.c)
  2. Enemy diversity. Infinite barely squeaked over the finish line with enough event variety in the campaign. It desperately needs a third faction to push it to greatness though.
  3. Biome diversity. Green, brown, grey, green, brown, grey, green, brown, grey, …

I really enjoyed being able to set up myself and a squad of marines however I wanted though. Playing out different Halo fantasy scenarios via squad loadouts and vehicles was incredible

there’s always a banshee attacking FOB November

Of course, act with your marines is an interesting experience in infinite.Infinite has been cut too much, Sanghelios Reach Doisac, all cancelled, if 343i did that, infinite will be more than better than its present situation

As much as I enjoyed the open world, grappling around, I do wish there were more biomes.

For favourite missions, probably the road since it reminded me of Metropolis from Halo 2. After that, probably the first corridor shooter mission late in the game because of nostalgia.

I wish more missions in infinite were more memorable tbh.

Tower and the one with the 3 big turrets.
