I just saw the whole article. I am glad they are focused on many problems that everybody concerns, but there is almost no schedule or roadmap (we have been waiting for it for months, is it really that hard?), which worries me a lot. It feels like another promise without promise… What are your thoughts?

It’s hard to go back on a promise you didn’t really make. I hate that fact but it’s a good way to cover their own hides.

Like to sounds of everything, with the small exception being that I do not want my Red Shift coating altered. I really love how it pops. I don’t want another dingy red, I like Red Shift for the precise reason that is is so vibrant. I understand if people want it to be the way it was displayed back in 2020, but I would rather it stay the way it is.

I do like how they are making weekly ultimates more rewarding, as once I completed the season pass I wouldn’t play for weeks on end since all the ultimate rewards were very lackluster (emblems, backgrounds, etc…).

They didn’t offer any ETAs, other than phrases like “This year” or “in season 2”, but hearing them publicly and visibly acknowledge many of these things as actual issues was slightly relieving. It doesn’t change anything about the situation of course, but it was good to see it.

Yes, and I do hope that they add the spartan progression system ASAP. It will encourage people to continue playing after finish the season pass.
Just watch season 2 trailer and I do love the art style of the map… Hopefully the map is fun despite the little content… And I have a sense that season 3 is the DDL. 343 needs to nail most of things when S3 launches. If not, there would be a terrible disaster.

I am in disbelief at how many times the servers disconnect when I am playing infinite, and subsequently lose all the points I just gained in the prior 5 games of legit wins. This needs to be fixed asap. The IT dept needs to devise a way to determine involuntary quits so these games are penalized as if someone actually quits. I am sure the type code can be differentiated when someone actually selects quit versus a server drop

Totally agree! And I think the most important thing is that they need to improve the quality of code and set more stable servers. Only this way can solve the problem at its root. It may take some time and I think your suggestion is a good way to provide a solution in a short time.

Well for one trying to match people better in low activity regoins would be less of a problem If they would put out content. more people would play the game again . Seems like they always treat the symptoms and not the disease. Also they have told us why problems occur … after we all have figured it out anyways, and they dont know how to fix it . Meanwhile im still getting hammered from across the map .

I experience the same pain like u… I have to bear long matching time or unfair matchmaking everyday. And I agree with you that they seem to focus on temporary solution rather than fixing the problems totally. It’s clear that they don’t have enough and strong task force to deal with everything. This game is broken indeed. And I share the same thoughts with u that more content is more important since it will make the game alive, though with many scars.
i didn’t read it but i did watch Sean w’s review of it and found it made me slightly optimistic, they are finally pandering to us fans but in a good way
