It was in Halo 2, and it was stronger with a higher rate of fire, but overheated quicker.

stronger but it overheated faster, It wasnt in 3 but it was widely available in 2 and did return in ODST.

i just wonder how its going to be relevant the storm rifel is just a modified bpr(fast rate of fire,overheats easily), i wonder how it’s going to compete.
Don’t care fix the lag and stop putting me on USA servers would be a better addition

Though, if it’s true to how it was in H2, it will overheat far faster.
Should be cool especially since i’m actually likely to get this thing, never gonna get anything else cool in this update
